Hailing from Beirut in Lebanon (the land of the Phoenicians that played a significant role in maritime trade and known for developing the Phoenician alphabet) Ghassan has over 40 years of professional experience, encompassing two decades in the role of Managing Director within multicultural organizations in Africa and the Middle East. He transitioned to coaching executives, leaders, and entrepreneurs upon his retirement in 2018.

Throughout his life, he encountered and successfully navigated through challenging work-related and personal events. These experiences instilled in him a profound understanding of relationship dynamics and transformed him into a passionate advocate for the impact of personal development in both life and business settings. This prompted him to attain certification and licensing from the most prestigious business coaching and hypnotherapy networks.

Now Ghassan uses a blend of Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) and Hypnosis to guide his clients in transforming their lives and realizing their aspirations. His approach goes beyond merely resolving issues aiming to empower individuals to take command of their thoughts and generate their own positive emotions.
